I'm a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronic Engineering with four years running technical operations, enterprise IT, and revenue growth across telecommunications and digital. I scale networks, automate the boring parts, and turn underused channels into customers.
At Matrix BD I led the NOC and business development for a divisional ISP — expanding cache capacity 10×, automating field ops with GIS, and growing the subscriber base 59% in a year. I work where infrastructure, operations, and brand meet.

- Pioneered Mymensingh's first in-house gaming cache server; expanded localized cache (CDN, BDIX, YouTube) from 100 Mb/s to 1 Gb/s.
- Supported a 59% user base expansion with only a 44% IIG bandwidth increase — 5× faster customer packages.
- Replaced manual field surveys with GIS + Google Maps workflows, cutting ops cost 85%.
- Tier-1 remote support via RDP — average response time down 60%, 90% of minor issues resolved without dispatch.
- Coordinated cross-functional DDoS incident response with near-zero churn.
- Managed the city's most accessed FTP server and a 150+ member content community.
